Heey, guys
This is a Harry Potter-fanart (what? again?
...yes, I'm obsessed, sorry for that...please check out my other drawings^^) of my most beloved characters: Severus Snape and Sirius Black. They both are SUBLIME! I know I'm not the only one to adore them, but I just LOVE to draw them!Have you ever imagined this situation? It's a scene from the book "The Order of the Phoenix" when Snape visits Grimmauld Place and Sirius puts up an almost fight. But did you ever think about the higher level of their hate? They both fight for persons they loved and who loved each other! But Severus and Sirius HATE each other...well, this is quite complicated but I love their relationship...!
For explanation (some asked me...): The persons in the background are Lily and James Potter.

........ ;-; .. this pic made me sad, it reminded me of james and lily's death and what it did to paddy and moony, and HARRY for THAT matter..... that and it reminded me of what sirius went through that night and that he had to go through it alone. love the pic though.

Du schaffst es wirklich, die Sache auf den Punkt zu bringen. Episches Bild!
Allein ihre Körpersprache zeigt schon sooo viel! Und dann der arrogante Blick von Sirius und die Art, wie Severus ihm gegenüber steht.
Es ist ja schon fast eine Beleidigung, die Bücher als Kinderbücher abzutun, denn es passiert so viel und vor allem zwischen den Zeilen. Ich war anfangs ja wirklich gegen Harry Potter, aber bevor ich gleich in Deckung gehen muss, das lag an dem Hype, der daraus gemacht wurde. Ich wollte es nicht lesen, nur weil es gerade jeder liest^^
Im Nachhinein verdient die Reihe diesen Hype natürlich, aber ich denke, es braucht auch eine Zeit, bis man die Zusammenhänge und die Motive der einzelnen Personen in ihrem vollen Umfang versteht!
Frau Rowling hat eine fantastische Welt erschaffen mit so viel Liebe, Hass und wunderbaren Ideen und Charakteren und du hauchst ihnen nochmal auf eine ganz andere und eigene Art Leben ein.

ja, was heißt Hype...natürlich gibt es die vielen, kleinen kreischenden Fans, die (und ich war da, ich kann's bezeugen^^) weinend in der ersten Reihe stehen und rufen, wenn Daniel Ratcliffe vorbeiläuft...das ist nicht so mein Ding!
Ich bin ein echter Freak, ein richtiger Fan, aber eher subtil. Ich lese die Bücher sehr ernsthaft (obwohl die ersten Bücher und Filme wirklich auch für Kinder sind) und möchte meinen Zeichnungen das gewisse Etwas geben, das die Interpretation eben ausmacht.
Hier auf dA hab ich glücklicherweise viele tolle Menschen gefunden, die das ebenfalls so handhaben, super Künstler sind und mit denen man sich fachlich gut unterhalten kann!
