Very nice composition, the owls are a nice touch.
I would suggest , that you set the fire layer to to a blending mode to get rid of the black in it, Screen or Linear Dodge perhaps.

Protip, use screen to get rid of blacks and multiply to get rid of wights.

I love the scene, Romans were famous for their bathculture And another great addition is Minerva's owl. YOu really did some homework here, well done!
