i think the strong contrast between the colours is the best part of this picture. Very good work.

Really love the composition and framing, they are simply epic. Unfortunate about the colours though, I find them oversaturated, giving it a whole overprocessed look, making what should be an epic photo only great...
Nice job though, amazing photography, you are very much skillful

Thank you so much And yes I agree whole-heartedly about the oversaturation. What happened was that when I edited this picture, I apparently used the wrong color profile, so what looked great to me looks horrible on other computers. I'll have to fix it as soon as I can, but thank you!

Ok, I don't have a calibrated screen, do you? I would just decrease the saturation a bit in general but with those colours you need to be really careful to strike the right balance. Well done so far though. I personally do quite little editing, lack both time and patience

Every time I've tried to calibrate my screen, it does something crazy and looks so off it's not even funny, so I just stick with like a general sRGB profile. I think you're right though, maybe if I'm able to decrease the saturation and increase the contrast a little it will work. That's cool that you don't do much editing. It always makes the picture seem a little more real when it's amazing and you know that not much was done to it.

wish i lived in a place with such beauty. Can you tell me how you edited this picture? do you remember the different things you did to it?

There are some very beautiful places around here
Sure, let me see if I can remember what all I did to it. I took the shot with my Nikon D40, a handheld shot. Did a little bit of straightening. Then since it was just a single exposure, I created two more exposures in Corel Paint Shop Pro XI with the "Brightness and Contrast" tool. Then I loaded the three exposures into Photomatix and did some slight tonemapping (If you'd like I can probably figure out the exact settings). Took it back into the image editor, cropped it, removed noise and did a bit of sharpening. Added the border and I think that's about all
