I feel severely let down by Anne Rice's writing and character "development". But I still like Lestat/Louis- probably because I am fickle to the name "Louis." The character has always been very adorable in the story..YEAH anyway, here's a quick drawing of Lestat, Claudia and Louis from Interview with the Vampire... apologies for any inaccuracies.

I liked the second book "The Vampire Lestat" a lot better but the Interview with a Vampire movie is what got me curious about the series. Lestat/Louis is cute, in a weird way.
