So this is what love feels like.
Sorry about the crappy quality... the pic was too big for my scanner so i had to take a pic of it. It sort of faded out the purples and blurred some bottom parts, but you can get the general idea. All colored pencil. Bit of a late Valentine's present... almost a 180 from the rest of my gallery. W00t! I'm not afraid of experimenting any more!! I now
pastels and colored pencils. hope you all like it!

This is crazy! How long did that take you?
My only real beef is the sky. I think it looks like the tedious pain in the ass it is to fill in an entire page with blue. The line directions a re all over the place and competing with the real focus. You need to try and keep your line direction going the same way.(In my opinion)
But still way awesome. Just like you!

I had a teacher who used to bug me about every line should be there for a reason. Tedious I tell you! But a little bit, she was right. So for backgrounds like that she'd make me use a ruler and go across the page with my pencil crayon and fill it in moving the ruler only so much as to draw the next line underneath and still touching the previous line to make nice even backgrounds. Boring but it worked. If she wasn't so damn nice all the rest of the time i'd really hate her!
But she was right!

Wow very very nice! I bet the sky must have driven you insane - I'm speaking from personal experience after getting hand cramps from pressing down on the paper for so long

oh my gawd i went through so much pencil doing the sky... you're right, my fingers were getting so tired. Ooohhh that sky idea sounds awesome i should have done that!!
