I'm an introvert with a lot of extroverted tendencies (little anxiety with social interactions, initiating conversation, lack of fear with public speaking, etc.), so I understand why that one keeps fluctuating, however I had recently taken the test (again) from a new source and it gave me ENTP. I had never gotten the T before, so I assumed it was incorrect but decided to look into it anyway.
Wow did I never realize that NTP describes me well.
Now I'm left wondering which one I am? I read somewhere that INFPs and INTPs tend to want to go into a field that deals with their inferior trait- for INFP, that's a math or a hard science, but for INTP, that's a humanities or social science. Well, I'm enrolled to major in psychology, a social science. And then the article said that INFPs and INTPs that do this are often confused for one another, so...I guess there's that, but another source said that INTPs don't really empathize well, while INFPs do? And I've been told that I'm highly empathetic, so I just don't know anymore.
This is probably a bad place to ask for help, but I really don't know where else to ask. Is there a forum for it or something?

Most of Internet text tests are bad. It's better to get typed by people.

I don't think being a type limits
you to what people say this type can do best or should do.
The test is just there to help you understand yourself a bit better.
So the results should be what you feel most comfortable with
when thinking about yourself.
Also I had several people tell me how their test results
changed over time, because they grew. Some stand between two
letters bc they just happen to be in the middle naturally.
