That is still one of my faves of the Pokemon films. X3
I tried to make them more realistic. When you look at it, the Pokemon world is a freakin' scary place! XD And parents actualy let there 10 year old kids leave their home for who knows how long to go on a journey to look for creatures as weak as a Caterpie to something as monstrious and deadly as Lugia!
I was going to add BG, but my mom, dad and sister said it looked better with blank BG.
*EDIT* If you don't like the muscles, that's fine. But I like him the way he is. It's just me adding my own style to this. I'd like to think of Lugia being a large Wyvern (or bird... dragon thing. XP) than a fat cartoony creature when I look at it realisticly, now I DO like his design in the anime and game, but I'm just exploring further styles in realism.
Also: He does have feathers. But I've always seen him having slick skin in places. So if you don't like my style of Lugia, don't comment if you're going to say something about it. This isn't aimed at anyone, but I don't want anymore comments relating to his muscles and my style, not if it's about how weird it looks...

Amazing but giving lugia the muscles? what were you thinking? he is fat not buff. muscles don't look good on cartoon characters unless its a man, not something with fur or feathers.

It's her interpretation of Lugia into a more realistic form. If you don't like it, keep your mouth shut. Art is limitless, she can choose do whatever she wants, even if it's giving Lugia muscles. :l

just putting bird type pokemon with muscles is wrong, I don't understand what mind would think it is, picture a bird flying by looking at you and you see muscles all over it. the rest I do love the face feet claws largeness just the muscles mess it up.

it knows water moves because it lives in the sea, it can only learn hydro pump and water pulse. it can learn psychic, extrasensory, calm mind and confusion on its own.
pokemon can only be too types of elements like water psychic, grass poison, ice ground etc it can't be three types.
no I have birds in the house and they have feathers with no visible muscles. you can't really see a birds muscles cause its under the fur.

if you look up on the pokemon sights about lugia it will said Psychic flying not psychic water, I was surprised too when I saw that, I thought it was a psychic water not flying.
This is a fan art not official art work, birds you can't see there muscles its just not in the nature of life. you need to study more some of the greatest birds have a lot of muscle but its not visible because of the feathers.
