Description MERRY CHRISTMAS DA! :3

And it's a surprising return from Sarah-chan

This is the snow angel from my story idea, see the journal entry with the same title

Inspired when I was telling *Faulken what I wanted for getting his Kiriban ^_^, go visit his page!

The wings are amazing...I wish I could do wings like that, snow angels are always awesome, esp. when you make them in the snow and write names next to them, treat them like your friends...anyway Just flashing back to old times...

Why thankyou The undo option in openCanvas is very handy for wings, keep drawing the feather until it is the right shape. Simply 'undo' if it goes skew-iff

real Snow angels are fun, but not if you get icy snow all down your collar

If you're getting into digital art, I'd seriously recommend a graphics tablet if you don't already have one there are many small programs that you can download for free over the internet too, I'd recommend openCanvas from Portalgraphics, but for colouring, which is best done in Adobe Photoshop, you've got to get that from another source, it can be pricey to buy but if you can get it from work or school it may be free, complete with serial codes, something that you can get from various website on the net anywho

That's beautiful!!!!
I had seen a bit of this before, it was sorta a lot different but the same thing (yup, I know that makes no sense), but now that I see it colored and all, I'm really amazed! You did a great job in this, specially the hair and the clothes, the shadowing is great on the clothes!!!
The whole drawing is lovely and the snowflakes about so look like they're fallin
I don't really know what else to say, only that I LOVe this! Great job!

This is really stunning great work, and nice pose for the character-I like the way you did the wings and the little crystal over the hand

The colouring is really nice and suits the piece wonderfully-your colouring always looks good from what I've seen
Did you have any luck colouring my inked lineart?

Hmmm weeell ::rubs hands together:: ^.^ i know it doesn't say advanced critique but i can't help myself ::angelic look:: Proportions are done very well ^.- i'm assuming she's suppose to be really really skinny, which does suit her. The left hand is a bit awkward, and i have to agree with kudasai that the shading is a bit off... HOWEVER! i LOVE the image, and the colors really bring it out... Especially like how the wings glow, which is a nice touch. The two feathures which are like attached to the dress i think are a good add in as well. The snowflakes are really beautiful also, which adds a lot to the picture. ^.^ me likes!

I did have a few problems with the hand and stuff and I'm trying to find new ways of drawing the bodies So it's just trial and error really

Nice work! im loving all the blue nice icy colours, only thing i can see a bit wrong is the shadowing is a little etchy but apart from that nice one!

O.o? oh, the shadowing I used the polygonal lasso to do that, do you mean that it looks blocky? Or just that it's in the wrong places?
