Her stare implifies a lot of danger and somehow 'disgust' as if she could kill someone with her glance. You did a great job on that. The background seems as if it is in motion which is pretty good. The only thing in this painting that 'disturbs' the flow and the emotion of it is that the character seems as it doesn't fit to the background. The contrast between the bg and the chara is too 'strong'. All in all a wonderful piece of art. <3
