So, this is the monster that i've been working on these past two weeks. Done completely with markers and a touch of water colours!I needed practice on colouring and different faces, so why not make a picture of Bioshock's diverse characters?
Character Roster:
Andrew Ryan, Little Sister, Dr. Steinman, Big Daddy, Peach Wilkins, Julie Langford, Sander Cohen, Father Wales, Big Sister, Stanley Poole, Grace Holloway, Brigid Tenenbaum, Agustus Sinclair, Gil Alexander (and alex the great), Eleanor Lamb, Sofia Lamb, Dr. Yi Suchong, Frank Fontaine, Jack, and subject Delta.
I recently read the book Bioshock: Rapture, and was quite pleased. I loved how they portrayed the characters, especially Andrew Ryan and Fontaine.
I loved it when they got a chance to interact too
The book really fleshed out the characters (more than they already did in the game) and really made me enjoy the book.
I love you Ryan and Fontaine <3

That's an intense picture. Really captures the whole story of Rapture. I'm reading the book as well, isn't it AWESOME!?

Wahoo finally someone else has read the Bioshock Novel, thank you!
Well to start things off here properly FeatherNotes, your epic. Not just epic but majorly talented and by the hell of Andrew Ryan and Rapture itself your really chose the impossible to draw up this incredible masterpiece.
To take such time to draw out each character is alot of effort but even the way you managed to capture each and every important face in Rapture from the Little Sister to Jack himself is just mesmerizing.
Feel you took alot of sketching to get this right, not just to display the characteristics of each character so vividly but to take all the design of each them and to make it all fit into one picture is insane. o0o
As you said too, marvelous show with fleshing out the characters, love the way the image almost has a timeline from the before and better side of everyone to the fall apart Utopia under the sea.
Can't begin where and how well each one character represents their counterpart from the game but even how you manage to further differentiate them with your coloring like the confetti on Cohen to the sinister glow of Ryan, what spectacle.
Without a doubt one the finest pieces of work to ever see on DA of Bioshock there FeatherNotes, can only bet your just as amped up to see what Columbia has in store for us. Bravo and so much more to you very talented artist. *applauses*

It was a challenge and an experience doing this piece, with a lot of things to consider, like just exactly who was going to be in it, and how they are to be presented.
I admit, it was daunting at first, but with the positive feedback like this, (and the fact that i finally like one of my pieces) I'm happy that i did it.

That's the hardest thing with something as big as Bioshock, there's so many good characters your in disarray when it comes to picking your select few, lol. Nevertheless you hit the ADAM jackpot here Feather and credit you every step of the way for your labors, great pics don't come easy.
Well you ought to credit yourself more for your work, especially the fact your able to render such perfect copies of the game characters for example. Still was a pleasure to applauded this work of art and rest assure your more than welcome on the support, you earned it.
And BTW keep up the awesome TF2 work too, just love that game. ^o^
