This is not a skin, this is a resource!
Windows live resource (Based on windows live graphics) for media player 11 (latest 11.0.5721.5145) version 1 (WINDOWS XP only)
To install this resource you must have the latest media player 11
Place the wmploc.dll and wmp.dll to C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player and the C:\windows\system32 directories.
For new wmp icons place the wmplayer.exe to C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player too.
Make sure you've made a backup of the original wmploc.dll, wmp.dll and wmplayer.exe!
Run media player, it should have the new look!
If you experience some problems send me a note, or comment!
Known bugs: The toolbar images are too dark, when player is mini the top is blue and the bottom is white - will be fixed in version 2! But the bottom control toolbar it is impossible to see text.

NO , I learnt the hard way on my sisters laptop......
"The file wmp.dll has a version number of 11.0.5721.5145 where 11.0.5721.5230 was expected. Windows Media Player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled"

thiss is cool, but there isnt a wmploc.dll in the newer wmp 11, well atleast i dont think there is cuz i cant find it in windows media player program files lol its weird

excellent job! i love it! hey is that vista u running on or jut a skin or xp? if yes can u tell me where to find it? i've been trying to find aero skins. hehe u can think of making a aero wmp resource too lol. but this one already gr8!

Impossible to make aero, because windows bitmap doesn't support that in the resource dump.

I think it should work on yours too, try it, but don't forget making backup of the original files.
