Description
This is something I've been working on for Aero Ultimate, and probably the very last enhancement for it.It's quite hard to notice the difference between this version and the previous one, but many things are perfected. The screenshot on the right is for comparement to the vista startmenu. If you want to see how close it is - you can copy this image to mspaint and drag parts from the vista startmenu on top of the XP one, you'll see that the dimensions match perfectly, and this is something no other WB style ever achieved. Other details like the nearly perfect logoff\shutdown buttons are present in the RC3 release, but here they are changed a little too.
This is the last major thing perfected in Aero Ultimate so far, I doubt I'll be making more such enhancements, mostly fixing the substyles (especially NEXTlevel and Basic styles)
It will be quite hard to apply this to all substyles, but I might release a temporary separate Aero Ultimate Plus version with all enhancements made just recently (with only the default style).
What will be improved in this almost perfect startmenu replica:
New image again, no edits this time.
Text will be moved a few pixels to the right
Minor menu item fixes.

There is a darker shadow behind your lock icon than Vista's; that is the only difference I could find after staring for like six minutes. Hahahaha very nice job

also, the hover are probably not perfect, because of the windowblinds limitation with the hidden icons

Nice work!! I too have got a perfect Vista Startmenu for WB...but like we've discussed...it's not an RTM....again, nice work! I can't wait for the final stuff! But the search box is a little....well..wierd. The corners aren't as transparent as Vista's.

Thanks, I decided to ditch the custom made search box and go with the one I used in the vistart skin btw the whole startmenu image will be imported from my vistart skin.

I dunno if it's just me, or does the Documents, Computer, etc on yours look bold compared to Vista's?
I must say, though, this is pretty dam near perfect, and looks great.

I was talking about the startmenu, not it's items.
Also you can enable Run.. in vista, I use it a lot.
