Today I finally got the invitation from stardock to test their awesome new app called Fences!It's a really useful desktop utility which helps organize your desktop items tidily - perfect for organizing my desktop mess
It's also customizable - you can change the colors, size of each fence, the tile and add as many as you want on your desktop. It's really worth trying out, the current beta build is quite stable and I only encountered minor unnoticeable bugs.SIGN UP FOR A BETA: [link]

Also might be, inspiration is everywhere, i mean look at cairoshell (now vaporware) - totally "got inspired" from ubuntu's menu.

actually u can, just turn on ur quicklaunch toolbar and right click somewhere in the quick launch toolbar and then go to view and click large icons. make sure ur taskbar unlocked, it makes it easier and then u can lock it after.

but it is in the middle, so the skin will come like that and its probably almost the same thing with his Aero ultimate theme where you can put the start orb in the middle

Oh right, so the skin has the orb in the middle? ButI meant, if you put the quick launch icons to large, my orb isn't in the middle, always at the top....
