It's a story header for some fan art someone is writing I got the basics though XD
 ~Dr Croc there got exposed to a drug that's made him go incredibly savage, and the bug alien doc is pissed off at the mess he's made ready to stop him at all costs

My first thought was that croc woke up during some involuntary surgery and now wants to kill the doctor^^
