Description Watercolors on bristol board 11"x14" another collaboration with E.L.Downey... this one in reverse, she hasn't got a mask like this in her gallery but i am having her make me one.

i plan to wear it to our masquerade teaparty show later this year. i ahve the material to make the corset.. i am pretty excited about this show!

I have a penchant for masques. Being in the theatre has brought me the full understanding of the wonderful works of art. Jungian theory, too. LOL!!

I much prefer Jung to Freud anyway. you should check out [link] she makes some of the masks I used for inspiration.

yes, it has that kind of feeling... sort of victorian/edwardian mix of clothes

thank you! i like watercolors because you can add a lot of very fine details.. subtle shading and such, a lot gets lost in the scanning process, but i'm glad you like it!

Wow, his is beautiful, I envy your talent woman!! The mask is beautiful, as is the dress!! The eyes are beautiful, and I like the use of white peacock feathers, the way you paitned them is lovely, I love your detailing, it always looks amazing

thank you! i hope to be able to make a corset eimilar to this one, but in a more cream-and-gold colorscheme (less yellow, more cream).

lol... the other pic was Jaga Baba, the one i submitted just prior to this one... DA's new upload system keeps files in your selection box for a while and i clicked "ok" before realizing i'd never selected the new file!
