It's Lovely.
The texture and shading given to the dragon are great but I think that the hands need a little more details. The background is good and you have maintained the shading from one side except for one part, maybe I am wrong but still I though I should mention it; on the back part of the dragon it looks as if the light is falling from above while on the rest of the dragon it looks as if the source of light is on the right side.
A small detail really but overall it is a great piece of art! Especially because you choose an animal which is generally taken as being dangerous.

It's so cute! Really nice job!
It's look real with the textures, coulours and lumineers. The blue eyes from the creature are sweet. It seems to be so kind and like a member of a family. It's small and the hands give an idea of protection. What's more, it would seem that it's harmless ,because it hasn't got big teeth or claws. I like when the artist see the dragon like a good creature and not a bad creature. Moreover, we look at it in first time because it's in center and lights lit up its adorable head. So we feel that dragons are an important species and they deserve their place in all kinds of art: movies, books, drawings, musics, and more.
This piece of art can encourage everybody to take care about nature and animals!
