not really therapy by DA for say, more like exchange news and debate abut autism and its studies. as well as exchange possible coping methods that are sucessful to ourselves and may help the other person as well if given a shit. personally caffine to me is a stablizer. i need further research if it effects most people with ASD as well but it doe wonders for me if needed to tunnel out outside

because in some techquies in therapy use of diologue is a method in sessions to get some key factors Β out in certain topics. such as a change in tone and such to indicate something non verbally . that is why i put interchanging because there is some relation to just a simple discussion between individuals and actual key study in behavior in the psychology field fora subject or client of theres.Β
