Rotoscopy over Mami's transformation sequence from Puella Magi Madoka MagicaThere was a thing in Tumblr's Danny Phantom tag a few days ago where suddenly Magical Girls everywhere, soooooooooo I did this!
No flashy effects, which is why some scenes are empty, because I havent got to those and needa break from this lol.
I put Danny as Mami because of reasons:
Danny hadn't really had a choice about getting his powers, and neither did Mami (or rather, she hada choice but it wasn't a very good one) and both get their powers from near death. Both are pretty upbeat in respect of their situations (which is frigging DEPRESSING in Mami's case) D:
Pretty sure I had other reasons but basically, Mami struck me as the perfect spot to put Danny in
I have roles for the other characters, but I don't know if I'll be doing more with this so I shall keep those to myself for now

Really impressed with the flash here, compared to your other, older stuff on New grounds. The reasons why i say this is because the flow and movement of the character is a lot more freely; as if no longer a stiff figure; you have improved in flow movement which i can clearly see here
Overall a great improvement and hope to see more of these

Hahaha, I wish I could take credit for the fluidity of the animation, but I can't. It's rotoscoped over a clip of Mami's transformation, so I basically traced the movement and proportions from that.
