In the original post, this was the page that marked the transition from traditional to digital, with it being the first to have lines without a paper counterpart, even when the sketches continued to be drawn by pencil. From here on, all the linearts will be drawn in their entirety, since I'm afraid that the size of the old pages is too small for repairing. It's more work of course, but at least I'm having a lot of fun at trying to imitate previous drawing styles, while also fixing what I don't like or doesn't work anymore, like Tiger General's claw on the third pannel, which never really made sense that he had it, considering the time in which that happens.
I must say that I am very happy with the update of this page. The drawings are much nicer to see this time, I love the colors and the cartoon details, they make me feel much more welcome than before. The dialogues and Master Monkey's flashback are among the most changed compared to the original, since it presented one of the worst cases of the problem that I mentioned on page 6, about the Master being strangely unpleasant in his way of expressing himself: very hurried, preachy and not impartial at all...which it simply couldn't be. I feel like the dialogues are much closer to what we always wanted to do with these characters now, but we didn't know how to express with words at the time.
Special thanks to my dad for helping us solve it

I appreciate the inclusion of so many heartfelt messages in so many parts of the story. I’m sure we’ll get to find out this version of Flippy’s story but this story really resonates in our everyday lives.
Based on the experience of where I come from, war also keeps us from moving forward. War causes so much pain and grief that after decades, whole environments change drastically, the people bring their anger with them to the present, and instead of using it as a way to tell an important and valid story, they use it as a poker chip for politics.

I won’t spoil what comes next but I have SO MUCH to say about the next page and show my appreciation for a particular character that is included in it

Aww, thank you...that's exactly why I think fantasy stories can be just as important (sometimes even more) as stories based on real life, as most tend to be based on real concepts in it's core.
At least for me, war has never been worth it, despite all justifications some people try to give it. Sweet Lullaby explores some parts of this topic in a mostly general sense. It's not an easy topic to talk about, but it's still important for us to tackle this as best as we can (considering the very clumsy nature of the original script ). I hope you like what we managed to solve for this new version.
Oh and yay! >w< I'll be waiting for your comment then

Dialogue feels much smoother and more fitting to the characters, and the colours are soft and nice to look at. Glad you're having fun making all of this. :3
