...but evidently not today.This is a character I've had floating around in my head for quite a long time, although I don't think any pictures of him have made their way into my gallery yet. If I say his full name you'll laugh at me and/or him, so for now I'll refer to him as Char (It's not Charles, btw).
He was originally based on a siamese fighting fish, but I'm not sure how close the connection is anymore...
