this is for =Kezrek 's contest, except it's not the actual entry, clearly. Matter of factly, I'm not even enrolled in the contest yet, trying something a little new: If I'm not in a contest then I don't have a deadline, and if I don't have a deadline then I don't need to rush. Plus if I crap out on the entry, I won't be missed So far it's been working nicely.

Anyway, to the sketchness

I guess I chose a pretty wonky pose to work with, 'cause I just didn't care to finish the shading or to fix that damned leg In the end, I put cut outs around the page--features I'd likely carry over to the actual entry (if there's going to be one, heh) I think the one fun thing I'm going to like re-doing are the dwarfish bird wings.
