These are a bunch of concept sketches for side characters within Masozi's story and.. well one early Masozi. these are all done at different dates, some of these predate Libtel since Masozi has an overlap with my fete stuff (The golosvo stuff is also the Northern pirate faction of Daltero basically).Two of these I've posted on DA in a different sketch dump, but I didn't particularly want to redraw them, since they weren't appearancewise that much between universes. I've been sitting on these for a while but heck, when's a better time to post then now?
ANYWAYS some character blurbs!

When the Aetos Dios was essentially grounded a lot of the crew parted ways to you know, actually make a living. A few people stuck around to help with repairs and keep an eye out.

1. Floris
Wyvern rider, which might seem ridiculous on a pirate ship. But Ssh. A wyvern rider s used to get in a quick hit on the enemy ship, damaging the rigging out of reach and also providing air support. Floris is pronanly the youngest on the ship, he's... sixteen I believe in libtel present? He's on the smaller size which helps because ship wyverns are usually small by necessity. He comes off as mean and spiteful but he's a good kid past the rough edges. He was originally based off gba era? wyvern riders hence he has a spear here but that might change to fit the group.

2. Old Masozi concept
This was for fete, theres a lot of useless details. None of them super work together. I laugh every time. I still kept the ghist of Masozi's coat design because it works well and gives him a sort of boxy silhoette these days that works well for his character. It helps give him the bulk he needs I guess? Does that make sense? Yes? No? His axe is a little different, this one is dinky, but both are basically a hunk of shaped and sharpened metal in one piece which is why theres not much detail involved. Is that possible in this time period? I don't know I'm rambling.

3.Czerno
Czerno is the fleet commander of the Golosvo aka Masozi's old pirate pals before he betrayed them. He and Masozi were fairly close, but Czerno took things too far over time and eventually Masozi realized he couldn't turn things around and left. That did not sit well. Czerno covers his entire body at all times, he's ruthless and highly intelligent hence avoiding capture for decades.
Don't ask me what's going on with this design it needs another pass. Hey Faab both the headshot and the full body are basically showing the same thing!! That's because the original drawing had his face uncovered and I'm not looking to reveal that here. You can technically find it on my TH somewhere.

4. Ibra
Masozi's significant other, they met as childhood friends and got together since he always made an effort to return home. They aren't technically married because being legally tied to a wanted criminal is not a great idea, but neither seem to mind much. Ibra is probably one of the few people that can reign Masozi in even if it's not for long. They have a sort of playful teasing dynamic, but nothing makes her happier than seeing his ugly mug every few weeks.

5.Basim
Quartermaster to the Aetos Dios. Basim has known Masozi for as long as he's been on a ship. He's a tired salt who's very much enjoying this shipwrecked downtime to relax and go fishing between ship repairs. If Masozi is the guy who brings the ship work Basim is the guy who kept the ship running smoothly day to day. I don't know what is going on in this pose either.

6.Rosalyn
Aetos Dios crewman, she's currently doing mercanary work and hitting up the arenas. She's catty and spirited and loves a challenge, I'll have more to say on her probably in the future since she's the only one who hasn't been name dropped or shown in my work.
