This is really quite amazing! May i ask, did you use skeletal like structures first then flesh them out of were they just drawn straight on?

I usually draw a couple rough circles do get a placement for the head, ribcage, and hips, and then lightly sketch in the figure before going over again in a thicker line to make it clearer.
Though I do draw straight on for some of them....

Well I'd say the most important things to get down in the figure are the spine, angle of the shoulders, and angle of the hips. Once you can get that drawn, the rest come much easier.
Though I think what helped me improve the most was actually learning the human skeletal and muscle structure.
