This is soo cute! It would also be awesome in an illustrated version of Dianna Wynne Jone's MG novel "House of Many Ways." No kidding there's a scene in it were a white dog grows really large, and there's even bubbles (although the girl wasn't giving him a bath) and a girl with red hair! Although the hair was longer. Anyway great picture I love the style very sleek.

At first this totally made me think of Hayao Miazaki's Spirited Away.
The outfit looks like the ones Chihiro wore at the bathhouse!
