it looks cool but it is very unpratical .since he cant move his head very much and there is not holes to see but look very very cool...like for a boss or a misterious character...that uses magic to see ..

It is a bit weird as normally the visor slit is supposed to be slanted downwards, not upwards, but I guess the king wanted uber-protection at the cost of being blind.

no there is no special tricks, or magic, or voodoo, its years of practice. You find you own ways and those are the best.
