*Emerges from the Depths of Oblivion*

...Soo... A little while ago I was bored and doodled Boom!Shadow in Boom!Eggman's outfit...

To put it simply, I had way too much fun drawing him like that and I might've accidentally created an AU... XD

Like, I drew him again, but then decided he needed some robotic minions, and then I began to think up an entire storyline, and it sorta just spiraled out of control from there... XD

Lord Shadow Robotnik :

Taking the place of Eggman, this Shadow is far more deadly than most main villains. He not only possesses the fighting skills, strategic thinking, and strength/powers that most Shadow's have, but also the mechanical genius and drive to conquer the world that most Eggman have (is the Plural Eggmans or Eggmen???). In this AU, his backstory is somewhat similar to his usual backstories. He wasn't created in the labs by Gerald though, but was instead a normal Mobian Hedgehog that was adopted into the family. However, his adopted older sister (Maria) was still severely sick (with NIDs I think it was? I can't quite remember if it was that or something else...) so Shadow, Gerald, and Ivo (who doesn't become Eggman in this AU, and was instead just their silly, genius cousin) spent years trying to find a cure. Eventually, Shadow became so desperate to save her that he resorted to experimenting on himself to find a cure. The Resulting experiment caused him to become the 'Ultimate Lifeform' that he is now, but since he wasn't created with Black Doom's dna already in him from the start, it messed up his mental state quite a bit. Despite their Best Efforts, Maria still died, and Gerald succumbed to old age not long after, Resulting in Shadow's already damaged mentality to deteriorate even more, Eventually causing him to become the mad, World Conquering villain known as 'Lord Robotnik'

Azure (Metal Sonic) :

One of Lord Robotnik's oldest creations, Azure was created to be an exact copy of Sonic (with some adjustments). He's the second in command of the Robotnik Dominion and only takes orders from Shadow himself. Despite being one of the older robots, Azure still keeps up with the newer creations, oftentimes even doing far better than most. Due to being one of the older robots, he was created before Lord Robotnik began to implement loyalty chips in most robot's harddrives. However despite this, he's the most loyal out of all his creations. no one really knows why, but it's possible that since he was created to be a perfect copy of Sonic, that he also has the blue blur's loyalty to his allies, though no one can say for sure. Unlike most Metal Sonics, Azure can talk. He actually won't shut up. He can often be found in the battlefield taunting his opponents, attempting to send them into a rage so that they'll slip up, allowing him to land the final blows.

Iblis :

the power type of their team, Iblis was created about at least three years after Azure was, and is one of the deadliest robots Lord Robotnik has created. Equipped with strength to rival that of Knuckles, and a flamethrower arm for some extra damage, Iblis is normally a challenge on her own, let alone when fighting alongside Azure, Mephiles, and Lord Robotnik. Unlike the other two, Iblis' design origin is unknown, however, Doctor Ivo speculates that, with her catlike appearance and feminine design, she was more than likely based off of Lord Robotnik's deceased fiance, though none can say for sure. She is almost never separate from her twin, Mephiles.

Mephiles :

A robotic copy of Lord Robotnik, created at the same time of Iblis. While he is extremely similar to Azure, he does possess far greater strength than the Sonic Copy, though not as much as Iblis. Mephiles is oftentimes the most difficult out of the three to fight, as he possesses the same speed and strength as Lord Robotnik, along with his strategies and cunning. However, despite having a loyalty chip, Mephiles is a wildcard, sometimes even ignoring commands from Lord Robotnik and Azure in favor of beating his opponents to a pulp. He's also been known to destroy his own robot allies in an effort to destroy his enemies, oftentimes sending Lord Robotnik into a rage, as the destruction of his minions sometimes directly causes a defeat. Despite this, Mephiles still hasn't been scrapped, as he's still one of the most effective robots in the entire Dominion.

...So yeah, I ended up creating all of this... just because I enjoyed drawing Shadow in Eggman's outfit...
