nice job, the textures and design look really good. i dont know about the choice of background color, and there are some lines that arent very clean/imperfect geometry in the sketchier parts of him. i'd be careful with the blur as well, if you are trying to imitate a shallow depth of field photograph then make sure you keep in mind what range of depth is in focus. if you are just using the blur to hide the more unfinished parts, stop doing that its really obvious. instead work on implying detail with brushwork

I think your critique is baseless, nit-picky and obnoxious. I recommend you go learn about art before offering pretentious BS advice to high-level artists. Stating your opinion and taste is one thing, but telling advanced professionals how to paint is quite another.
