I really really wish he had more dialogue in his episode, he has so much potential to be a really sarcastic and suave villain!c":
I haven't drawn him since before the episode aired so please forgive my doodle :0

I liked him too. In fact, he's my favorite villain of the show.
As for the lack of dialogue, I think that's one of the reasons why I like him.

Well, I'd like to say he's my fav villain too but I just would have liked him more present, maybe without any dialogue but with more scenes featuring him (full body and all). I think it was hard to define his personality well.
