Alexandra might be one of the most flexible characters in the Filterverse. She's definitely up there. When designing her, one of the key things I repeated to myself was "rubbery joints, stretchy muscles." She's quite comparable to Nida, except for one huge thing and that is that Alex has much less control when compared to professional performers like Gloria and Nida.

Ah, so these sorts of exercises are about her maintaining proper form more than anything else. Prevent herself from sinking even deeper into a bend.

Not as much preventing, but stopping herself from consistently plunging into extremes is the idea. She's very much at home on the floor, and handstands are more of a device in her posing rather than an integral part of the act (ie handbalancing).

Ah, I get that. Sort of makes me think of how I'd be if I were flexible: all stretching, all the time, all the way into it. Until I build a horrible figure and end up in pain for the rest of my life, at least.
