One could argue Flandre has been said to be powerful despite not much evidence while DD here hits more than estimates.

Dragon Ball's thing is based on scaling mainly, not solely statements. I don't buy statements as a precedent of evidence in it of itself.
Doomsday has more than estimates, and if there is no actual feats or proof that hints at Flandre being able to win, than Doomsday wins. Plain and simple.
And I'm not saying any of these characters aren't powerful.

Yeh. I always try to act mature in debates. (Although I can get kinda condescending when the other person throws insults..) Though I NEVER use insults myself. Ever. It's one of my pet peeves. Especially in VS debates, because it's just "Can fictional character A beat fictional character B" and it's really not worth throwing insults over. I usually get insulted over politics (I'm a conservative so yah)

Don't like intellectually dishonest people especially the "you're a jerk, so I win" mentality, since that's irrelevant to a debate (and he was demeaning as well, not to mention he brought up the inaccurate use of "ad-hominem"). If the person who Debates with you insults you on top of all of your points because you're wasting their time, then they're Arguement is stronger, that's it.

Yeah. I am still kinda new at this. Touhou IS REALLY hard to do that with tbh. Some people will tell you that Yukari and the majority of the cast are "omnipotent" (they aren't, that's pure wank), and others will say "Reimu is only street level at best" it's kinda confusing. And you get ZUN talking about their power levels, so I feel inclined to take that into account :/)
(And also I am kinda "sensitive" so I kinda react negatively to insults and take them too seriously sometimes. Kinda Β annoying, but that's life)
