Piers let out a deep breath. The mission was arduous - as it usually was. But they did it - they accomplished this mission.

With a gentle smile, Piers looked at Chris, whose eyes reflected the blazing flames of the fire around them. Redfield looked a little battered - no less than Piers. Their muscles ached and they felt drained, but the relief was greater.

The young sniper stepped closer to his captain. He clearly feel a deep impulse, that grows with every second. Whenever they completed a mission, he was relieved when they both survived.
"We did it, Captain," the younger whispered to the older one.

Chris nodded.

After nerve-wracking and particularly strenuous missions, the relaxing and lovely tenderness that they gave each other in Chris' apartment weighed all the more. Piers was already looking forward to it and couldn't wait to get home. The sensitive lovemaking and the afterglow afterwards - when he lay protected in the strong arms of Chris Redfield and her sweaty, glowing cheeks nestled against each other, made them both forget the horror and the terror. Whenever their bodies trembled and they shouted each other's name, the world was all right and the existence of cruel scientists and their creations receded into the distance. Piers couldn't wait this time.

He felt this irrepressible desire that he had to comply with.

The sniper approached his lover, but stopped again. He was only a few inches from his captain away. Chris already could feel the hot breath of Piers on his lips. Chris shuddered and looked slightly admonishingly at the younger one, but even the veteran couldn't resist this seductive closeness. Ultimately, he joined their lips in a kiss and put his hand on the back of Nivan's head to hold him close. Piers gave a relieving sigh at the touch and he decided that this was a successful end to the mission.

Yeah just a quick, nicely Resident Evil 6 photoshop edit of my beloved boys Chris Redfield and Piers Nivans~
I really love them so much (maybe little bit too much addicted haha ;D )

Anyway I also working since months on a huge Nivanfield-FanFiction project that drive me crazy because of emotions (i really got also too emotional with these two haha )
Firstly I thought I just wanted to write a RE 6-Prequel, where Chris and Piers meet, and how they start a relationship and Chris who trains his personal Alpha Team, which also includes Piers and so on. I also wanted to tie up the Prequel-Story with Marhawa and finally with the events of Edonia and China in RE6. But meanwhile I guess it will be a Trilogy that also includes a RE 6-Sequel .

I am not really satisfied and ok with the Canon Story after RE 6 ( not especially because of Piers Death) its because of the new Characters (and from the gameplay point of view because of ego-perspective. I really totally love action-3rd-person and i love the atmosphere mixed up with amazing action, little bit horror and plot and characters in RE5 and RE6, in my opinion these games are absolutely underrated and get to harsh critic. For me RE5 and RE6 will have forever a special place in my heart and at my shelf - but thats not the point).

I really love most of the RE-Characters like Chris, Leon, Claire, Ada, Sheva, Jill and also the newer one like Piers, Jake, Sherry and Helena. So as you see there was a bunch of amazing characters and what we got was Ethan.... - dont get me wrong I dont personally hate him. Objectively he is a great charactere but what borders and annoy me and piss me of is the lost of potential I saw with the old characters. There was no need for new characters, you know? I mean, whats about Jake? - we saw him at the very end at RE6 and I was pretty sure he will get a main part in the next game but Capcom seemingly forgot about him... Whats about his plot now? I mean damn he is a Wesker with special blood, come on! That makes him a interesting main character with lot of potential and ways to go on with his story

Why we never saw Chris and Claire together again like in Veronica? I wished they would give us more of this Brother-Sister-Thing (also something I put into the FanFiction, cuz I think its really illogical Chris and Claire are mostly seperated, so I wanted more of this Sister-Brother-Love and Redfield-together-action)

Why didn't they use Piers as first character with special abilities to improve gameplay? I mean thats what they exactly plan to do now with Rose, doesn't they? I am pretty sure they will....for fucking sake ( I know a lot of people love Rose and again obtically she is amazing and I also like here on someway but on the otherway she gave me a bittersweet feeling of "hate". Thats why I would never like Ethan/Rose and RE7/RE8 like the old characters and games and especially not like RE5/6 - they will stay my love of this franchise always and forever. So jeeez...why are you doing this to me Capcom?) Why didn't they use Piers potential, its lightning ability would have been a great feature with a lot of potential in more games... - I mean come on its RE, if they wanted to they could find a possible explanation of his survival and Ada also already survived a death (without huge explanation) so why not Piers?

What I want to say is, RE6 endet with lot of potential and plotlines and it was the first RE6 many characters meet for the very first time - and i love this fact (a other great thing at the game, to see so many RE-Characters together), why didn't you build on the foundation, Capcom? You missed the chance to tie up all these characters destinies more and more together and bringt them to an amazing showdown all together (including Claire, Jill, Sheva). You already had a perfect and amazing character roster and I am really mad how it turns out, that Capcom throw it away... so most of these characters we propably will never see again and that hurts and grow into bittersweetness pain and "hate". Thats why i "hate" RE7/RE8 - sorry I can't turn my feelings off... and I just want to say, its alright for me if you like RE7/RE8. I am not one of those who blame and bully others for liking something I don't like, just wanted to make that clear its just my personal oppinion.

Jeez sorry I also didn't want to get to deep in my personal view... but this thematic is really sensible for me. Just as I say I am really addicted to these characters and games, they mean a lot to me - but anyway mostly people didn't read the description I guess so it doesn't matter.

Back to FanFiction Project, so yeah I wanna try to use this lost potential, that mean in the Sequel I want to tie up all these Characters and bring back Sheva and Jill for example and gave them a plotline in my huge Ninvanfield-Trilogie (yes of course Nivanfield is the Main-Part but as I said I also want to have all these great Characters in and I see a potential in tie up all these destinies even closer, and thats what I want to try with my alternative Canon/Fanon-FanFiction
