Yep, like i was sayin' recently i was carried away with BNHA because of new chapters, new season and- the fact that i make a drawing for the theme artbook (twitter.com/Finik_sempai/statu… ). And so, working on it i had to draw some extras for the background and found one of them really interesting so- yeah, i happened to design an actual character out of that extra =w = Just for fun! Because i can. I don't think i will use him somehow in the future but i'm just glad to try something other than Sonic for a change~

He can temporarily make a person speechless appropriating his voice to himself.

    · doesn’t have to see a person to take his voice, only hear;

    · can use well-known voices even when the owner is not nearby;

    · cannot use the voice heard through the radio \ TV \ phone due to interference;
