Description
The first portrait in my series of people who live and work in New York. An MTA construction worker and his partner taking a quick break to confer. Construction is an ongoing process in New York in order to reinvent some of the city's more destitute areas. It is hard to go virtually anywhere in all of the city without seeing some form of construction going on somewhere, be it in the subway, the streets or on a building. This portrait captures a brief moment of stillness in an ever on the move environment.Full view for best possible detail.
This is the vivd blend version of the portrait, desaturated. The car was already blurred when I took it. I blurred it a little furter to give the image a slightly more fast paced look.
I have also posted the original version. I would really like some critiques on both of these, what people like, don't like, opinions on exposure/lighting, etc. And please let me know which of the two you like better. Thanks.

Lovely shot (again) but In my case i'm not a fan of harsh shadow and highlight so I think i like the other one better
