Water is so annoying, but its in long strokes. Image paint with a large brush and then you place layer on top of it. But it depends on the visual point. If it's above you make the water light unless you want to look deep into the puddle body of water. Light reflects mostly at the top of the water. Fro your picture you did it perfectly. Good work~
