Elf in the picture is my character Oberon (I only have the name on the vanilla Bloodsail Buccaneer realm. On live he's got another character name, but he's still Oberon ;-p ). I've never really done backgrounds or anything and I have no idea how scenery works or how to pose characters or put them in a place. BUT HEY! I'm learning, I think. It could be worse, I suppose.

trying to improve! I just kind of sketched without thinking about anything too much, so sorry if it looks awkward and scribbly. i worked on a smaller canvas than i was supposed to because this started as a doodle of his face i only planned to spend about five minutes on.

this actually captures his personality a lot better than any of the other things i've drawn of him
