Etty left yesterday to fly to Vietnam where she is doing a year of voluntary work teaching english, so (slightly last minute) jake and I made her a goodbye video, containing old photos, videos and even some sneaky interviews we shot the night before and this was her sequence of reactions.. I really will miss that girl but I'm glad she's doing it.Related content

Such a stunning sequence of images. i really love the way you have them gradually drecreasing in colour, it makes them even more amazingwith the symbolism behind it (i hope its there and im not just imagining it) even though it makes the set even sadder!! Good luck to her! x

i love doing a little arty farty thing like that colour and having someone get it. that's what it's all about for me :]
i do wish (like i always say) that I could fit everything in the verbal description into the actual image somehow.. but i'm not sure. right now it just looks like a crying girl

i know what you mean, it doesnt quite portray your exact emotions but it is still a really artistic piece that has a huge amount of emotion behind it! Im glad that i got the right impression with the arty farty bit and i think it is a really nice touch!!!

Amazing photos. And such a great idea doing that video. I'm glad she looks happy in at least one of the photos! I'm guna miss her so much!!
But yeah, she's guna have such a fantastic time. I'm looking forward to all the stories she'll have next year
