Originally drawn & colored by with lightsaber enhanced by me (will try & get the clash effect enhanced soon).A picture of what a duel between the King & the Dark Lord would've looked like for a crossover fanfic idea between me & . The story goes as followed:
10 years before the Death Star was destroyed at the Battle of Yavin, Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik decided to stage his coup de'tat & take over the peaceful planet of Mobius, backed up by the Galactic Empire. The invasion started at the city of Mobotropolis with resistance easily crushed. To buy the future Freedom Fighters some time to flee to Knothole Village, King Max Acorn decided to stay & face the Empire's iron-fisted might. He challenged the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader, to a duel. Armed with the Sword of Acorns & empowered by the Crown of Acorns, King Max fought bravely against Darth Vader. But it may not be enough.
King Acorn belongs to Sega, Sonic Team, & Archie Comics. Darth Vader belongs to George Lucas & Disney.

Well, in the story (this one), the sword was forged from a different kind of metal from Mobius compared to traditional metals that can withstand &/or resist a lightsaber.
