Sparkplug Witwicky:

Profile: Sparkplug Witwicky's life was never the same after one fateful day when the Decepticons attacked the oil rig on which he worked. His life jeopardized by the ruthless Megatron, Sparkplug was close to his last breath when the noble leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime, risked his own life through burning steel, fire, and water to rescue him. This started a friendship between Sparkplug and the heroic Autobots. Sparkplug became the Autobots' main help on Earth, as he proved to be most valuable. Sparkplug and his son, Spike, both aid the Autobots, and continue trying to do everything they can to keep the Decepticons from stealing any energy sources on Earth.

Abilities: Sparkplug is a veteran of 2 wars, and a very streetsmart man. There is nothing he cannot fix with his hands unless it requires heavy machinery. Physically, he can hold his own with any man, and also with the Decepticon cassettes, as Rumble has found out in the past. Sparkplug is not afraid to help the Autobots foil the Decepticon's plans, and he uses everything he has learned and is capable of doing to assist the Autobots. His vast mechanical skills are valuable to the Autobots, as well as his knowledge of Earth.

Weaknesses: Sparkplug's greatest limitation is the fact that he's human. His lack of size prevents him from escape or proper protection in the event of a Decepticon attack. His fraility has never stopped him. This weakness is in the mind of Optimus Prime at all times. Optimus' first priority is the safety of humans, so if Sparkplug gets in trouble, his situation is liable to get other Autobots in trouble with him.
