4.8.14 I've updated the tutorial a bit. The purple boxes in the top two pictures are just to show that you have to lengthen and widen the top.

This pattern is amazing. We made our own costumes and are hoping to maybe make this outfit for one of us to wear. We are still refining our outfits we have on as well. We have several things we are going to do to make them look better.

Well if you have any patterns you can post to me. I would be glad to repost with credit to you. I want to make that outfit also. We are working on perfecting this outfit with darker purple in the vests and skirts and smaller wheat bag. We are going to put a flap that will fall over the sash in the front also.. Our sashes were made by braiding frabric which we had many failures with but finally I think got it right.
