long time ago someone asked me how i made annies hood and if i could make a short tutorial about it...well... actually i was so busy that i totally forgot about it, sorry! ;_;
but because i said i will upload one, i made one now!
please look to the tutorial in full solution!!
how many parts u need in fabric (without lining fabric):
2x fabric (hood)
2x fabric (the ribbon part of the hood)
-------- or (!!!)
how many parts u need in fabric (with lining fabric inside):
2x fabric (hood)
4x fabric (the ribbon part of the hood, i wrote just 2x in the pattern, sorry! :'D)
2x lining fabric (hood)
additional informations for sewing:
1. bring the ribbon and hood part together
2. close/sew the single pointed dart, do not forget the ironing
3. sew both sides of the hood together, iron the seam apart
4. do same thign with the lining fabric
5. bring the lining and top fabric together, leave a spot (around 5-10cm) open
6. cut the corner off (close to the sewing line!), also make some cuts whereever u have curves (i hope u guys understand me! xD)
6.1 pull the (now laying) inside to the outside
7. ironing! then close the hood with the last sewing
now u r done!
