I thought I'd give Firefall a bit more development about his living, since many things are still unclear about his life. ^^ Starting with his job!

As you may know, Firefall has a passion for swords and melee weapons in general. He wanted to join the royal guard, but that'd mean he would have to leave his friends and dog behind since animals aren't allowed and recruits are isolated from the outside world during their one year training, and then can't be distracted by other ponies through their duties. So instead of joining the royal guard, he decided to be a blacksmith. Not only could he satisfy his passion for weapons, but he could make unique and his very own weapons! So instead of spending one year in isolation, he spent it around his friends, reading books and learning about blacksmithing, and help at the apple farm to make some bits to buy his very own workshop! Aaaaand he made it! He started his own forge and made some interesting peices. ^^
