Description I've had the idea for this since Curious Village, but it took Unwound Future's awesomeness to make me do it. There's so much neat concertina and accordion music in those games... My dad, hearing it, said, "Is this happening in Paris?" To which we had to answer, "No, it's London..." XD

I learned a lesson, too. I've been experimenting alot with media lately, and I got ahold of these glossy cards that when you marker on them, give a beautiful transparent flat color with a razor-clear edge. But, they weren't meant to be drawn on. For one thing, a fingerprint on them prevents any ink from adhering to that area, so I had to wear gloves. It's hard to draw with gloves. And then when I tried to cover a wide area the beautiful flat color wasn't so flat, and it got really sticky; dust started getting in it. And as I colored it made a sound like I was smothering a puppy, but that was fun. So anyway, I ended up using smooth bristol instead. Didn't get the clear flats I dreamed of, but hey, texture's neat too. The moral is, wear gloves when you smother puppies- I MEAN, going far afield in experimenting with media doesn't always work.

Both times now I've drawn the Professor I've had him play a musical instrument. Befitting such a gentleman!

I was wondering why this looked so crystal clear.
I really like the way the background turned out. It makes the bright clear colors stand out more because of the slight gradation.

It would have been even more if the glossy paper had worked.
Thank you! The background's airbrush.

"I was smothering a puppy, but that was fun." That sounds terrible and hilarious at the same time when it's out of context.

Musical instruments certainly do befit a gentleman! Gentlemen must be rennaisance men.

The block-coloring works really well for this, it gives them a nice cartoony look.

And this is really cute.
