Personally I thought his Feral form looks a little cool. I don't like the colors, though.

Um, the only information I missed is that I dunno Scratchy's age.

He can speak FRUENT ENGRISH. Because most cat characters can somehow learn ENGRISH in the most uncreative ways just to have communication with them easier. Scratchy only talks for EMURGENCS. You know. Feed me. Feed me. Blah.

His personality is quite shady and quiet but protective. Usagi always takes him wherever she goes. But because of her SHADW POWURZ he really doesn't need to change into his second form. Unless it's necessary.
. . . Bring some flashlights.
