FULL-VIEW FOR BETTER COLORS
Yet another print I did for Animazement~
I wish dA would stop messing up the colors of my pictures... in the PSD file the colors in this are MUCH more vibrant
I've always wanted to do an Alice in Wonderland fanart, and FINALLY I DID IT.
I kind of had a trippy experience when I was coloring this. I was finishing it up after the first day at the convention, and at that point I hadn't gotten sleep in almost 45-50 hours. So I was like... really losing focus. I had to keep looking away from the computer screen after every 10 minutes because I would forget where I was and I would freak out. XDDD
So the lesson is: NEVER STAY AWAKE FOR THAT LONG.
I think I might go back later and touch up the lineart a little (like make it a little thicker in some places), but for now it's done~ = v =
Yep... I don't have a whole lot to say about this one. 8'D

The composition in this picture is perfect. The close up, the cards and roses falling everywhere. Perfect. The Cheshire cat's creepy grin and Alice's unamused look are both really cute. Stop being so good at everything. :I

The coloring is awesome, and the lineart is too. Great job! The way she is dressed is interesting, she kind of reminds me of a florist! lol.

I like the turn out of your Alice and Cheshire Cat piece.
The colours chosen fit really well together...
And I also like how the image of the two make it seem like they're frozen in place and that the Cheshire Cat is saying to Alice "pick your move".

And UUUGGGHH, I hate it when that happens, too! (colours, I mean) I think it's more the internet in general that does it.. supposedly, it can only handle so many colours. ;3;

I think it might vary though, too. I can post stuff on dA and my blog, and they'll look really bright compared to my .tif file. But when my sister looks on her screen, the colours are more like the original file... this goes for most screens I've looked at.
So I just don't know anymore Q_Q

And saying up 50 hours is nothing like the time my friend's sister and her friend got high on mushrooms and went to see the new Alice in Wonderland movie. Let's just say it was so crazy that they don't do drugs anymore.

...for some reason, I find it really funny that the Chesire Cat is staring and grinning at her like that, but she's just staring back, not impressed. xD

What you can see on the belt only says "Woman of Heart", but what it was supposed to say is "Queen of Hearts" but the last kanji got cut off ^ ^;;
