Description

Just like a lot of people I watched Sailor Moon when I was a kid but my view was very limited, because I only had one VHS tape that I watched over and over and over. Even so I remember a lot of things and I absolutely loved the transformation sequences they were always my favourite part to watch.

So for the Character Design Challenge I chose to draw my interpretation of Sailor Neptune cause I relate to her the most!
This drawing was a pain for me because I decided to challenge myself and practice a new technique for painting. Gotta practice more!
