A Doctor Whooves plus for ! I had a lot of fun with him, and LOVE how he came out. I tried to inject some of the 10th doctor flair in his expression, and I made his legs just a bit longer than my regular pattern, since I always think of the 10th as gangly. His collar and tie are removable, and he has a magnet in his mouth - his new owner has a sonic screwdriver that he'll be able to carry!Related content

I have been searching the net for a while for nice looking Doctor Whooves plushies to get ideas from, and this one is definitely one of the best I've seen!
I'm looking into making my own plushie, and I was wondering do you use an embroidery machine for the eyes and cutie mark? If so, any tips on when you go to embroider to make sure things are straight and even on both sides? Β Do you recommend cutting the pattern out first and then embroidering, or embroidering and then placing the pattern down over it and cutting? Thanks!

I'm actually one of the few plush makers that doesn't use embroidery - I applique all my eyes and cutie marks. Sorry I can't help you there!

I sew them. And it depends on the complexity of the character - they can take anywhere from a 18-40 hours to complete.
