After two and a half years, a new summission.

As you can see, Levi has changed a lot since my last drawing of him: fav.me/d85vtgn Ireally liked the old tail, but it was a pain to draw it

LEVI:

Age: 22 earth years

Sex: male

Race: Levi is a deruvian, a reptilian race native to the planet Deruva. The deruvians are one of the founding species of the Gallactic Federation of Free Worlds and they control almost 40% of its populated world.

Biography: Levi was born within a military family. His parents soon sent him to a millitary academy, just like his older brothers and sisters. He stood out in history and science, but he wasn't quite a good fighter, that's why he alwaysfelt a bit inferior to his siblings. This change after he graduated.

When he left the school, he was assigned to a little and boring mining planet, Kgrag'har. Life there was tedious, but Levi doesn't care. Unknow to everybody, the two mos important families of the planet were building secret armies to take over some mining regions. The war began at night, when the two armies attack the capital and tried to overthrow the local government. At first, the mercenaries advanced with no opposition and raided all the military positions, but they encountered close to the governmental district, giving some time for the army to prepare the defenses and evacuate.

Levi was in the front line when a sniper killed his commander in front of him and his unit. Between the confusion, he was able to calculate the position of the sniper and he planned a reatreat to the next position, where they withstand the constant fire untill ne stellar navi arrived to the planet with reinforcements. His actions granted him the rank of lieutenant ans he was asigned to the Intelligence and Strategy Division.

A few years passed. The corruption within the goverment made them unable to face the triceraton invasions properly. Now they've come to an peace treaty, but it won't last long and the GFFW couldn't face the triceraton attacks again.

Levi heard the history of six mighty warrios that were able to defeat admiral Mozar with a misterious weapon. He is willing to find them in their primitive world, at any cost, so he took his own spaceship a set course to the planet known as Earth. During the travel, he studied a stolen triceraton report on the planet. I seemed that it was infested with kraangs before they arrived, so they were decided to obliterate the entire planet with a misterious weapon known as Heart of Darkness. Somehow, a group of native life forms attacked them and, with the help of Dr. Hoenycut, they destroyed the command ship.

Another report pointed out that thete were hostile life forms in the sewers of New York, the same city where the kraang had their lair. It was a good place to start with. He hided his amphibian spaceship underwater and wandered around the sewer for a few days. He was about to give up when he was ambushed by a group of mutants. After reducing and taking him to their lair, Levi was interrogated by a mutant monkey with psychic powers. When it was clear that Levi has no bad intentions and that he was just looking for information, those mutants, who called themselves the Mutanimals, informed Levi that they just called the ones he was looking for.

Short after, four anthropomorphic turtles showed up before him They looked very young to be the warriors he had heard of, but his experience thaught him to distrust his first impressions. The one with the blue bandana was the first to ask. He had to repeat the same story and what he was looking for. After that, the turtled discussed some time and that gave Levi some time to study them. The blue one was the leader of the team, calm and upright, the red one looked like the second in command, violent and strong, the purple one was intelligent, anytime he talked, the other three listened to him and he got upset when they disagreed with him, the last one didn't look like a warrior at all, he was the clown of the group and possibly the younger.

What they told him was not good at all. Apparently, they weren't the ones who destroyed the capital ship, it war Dr. Honeycut who sacrificed himself, along with the Heart of Darkness. On land, they were loosing against the triceratons before that. Levi was really disappointed, not only they destroyed a powerful weapon but its creator too, so he decided to came back to the Confederation.

Without noticing, a small triceraton ship tracked Levi's ship to the Earth. After transmiting that information to the Empire, they were ordered to kill the deruvian and his turtle friends.

Levi and the turtles were half the way to his ship when they were discovered by the triceraton. The turtles tried to fight the triceraton, but they were useless against them. Meanwhile, Levi knocked out one of the soldiers and stole his weapon and a bag full of small bombs. He had an idea, and told his new friends to retreat and run. He gave some explosives to each one and told them to place them in the walls, so he could detonate them and crush the triceraton.

The plan worked, The triceratons were now under tons of rocks and dirt. They took a moment to rest only to discover that a triceraton had survived and shoot Levi. The deruvian fell to the ground, badly injured while the turtles finished the triceraton.

He woke up in a lab, surrounded by odd machines and kraang stuff. His left shoulder hurt really bad. When the turtles came in, he apologized for not being cautious enough and bringing those triceratons to their world... again, but they said that if it wasn't for him, they possibly would have been overwhelmed by the triceratons, that's why Leo begged Levi to stay for a time, while his shoulder recovers, so he can theach the turtles new ways to defeat the triceraton. Reluctant at first, Levi finally agreed as a way to thank them for saving his life.

Personality: he's usually serene an nice, always prefering to solve problems peacefully, but under that, there's a calculating mind that won't hesitate to crush his opponents. He could be cold and manipulative sometimes, but he prefers sincerity over lies.

Relationships:

Leo: Levi and Leo shows mutual respect for each other. Levi is impressed by his ninja skills. Over time, they became close friends.

Raph: Levi knows how brave and tough Raphael could be, he also notices that he is the one that usually causes troubles in the group. Levi respects him, but he doesn't really like him.

Donnie: a brilliant mind, one of the two pillars of the team, along with Leo.

Mikey: he has some impressive physical skills and a head full of fantasies. Levi loves Mikey as much as he hates him.

April: he really admires April, but for some reason, she doesn't quite like him.

Casey: he's like Raph but worse. Sometimes he likes to use them both as bait so they get distracted and don't mess with his plans.

Mutanimals: do not mess with them.

Hobbies: he likes earth music and movies, he also loves history, specially the forgotten Neruvian empire (an old deruvian faction that conquered half of the galaxy).

Home: he uses his spaceship as a temporary home, but he speds most of the time with the turtles, teaching them some strategies and learning ninjitsu.

weapons and skills: Levi is capable fighter with sword and spear, but he prefers his ion rifle. He's an expert at setting traps and ambushes.

Others: you can see him dressed with the typical deruvian outfit. The spear that he carries is known as Narala and it's given to every deruvian when he or she comes to an age.
