Description
This is one of my homework fractals made for Janet Parke's Ultra Fractal class. It is made with the standard Julia formula. The only ucl used is Gaussian Integer from the Standard folder.Enjoy!

Pretty nice.
I can tell it came from one of my favorite Julia regions.

That's an extremely pretty work - showing that you don't necessarily need all the fancy formulae How many layers did you use in the end to get that lovely metallic effect?

Thank you! I used 11 layers total and a lot of gradient tweaking to get this one to look right.

Whoa. Julia spirals made of crystal and light. Please tell me there's more than one layer there before I completely lose faith in my own fractal skills...

Thanks! It actually has 11 layers, all made in Ultra Fractal.

I like it a lot Mary, the colors are very suitable and the little pearls are cute,
only I think the big pearls in center are a little bit too grey.... only for my taste.

Thanks Denise! I always wonder how my fractal colors look on other monitors. The large pearls look more blue on mine.

Your most welcome Mary. Oh yes this is a difficult theme, and you only can look at your own
monitor. I think blue is very nice and suitable. Is this one of your final images? I could open
it in UF on my PC and look what the colors say...lol

This one was the Gauss Julia image in Lesson 3. I am rather attached to this monitor because the fractal colors are so nice on it. I once saw one of my fractals on another computer and it looked really washed out or unsaturated.

yes I remember and I've saved it at my folder. If I look at the gradient for each layer
is the color a light blue, but in the whole is it grey on my monitor, it's so weird. don't worry,
you can change nothing on it. oh and I think we all have the same problem...
once I made an image in chocolate brown and as I saw it on the monitor of a friend it was
green and blue...lol
