Final full illustration for the wonderful SongDog, of her character under the same name and her significant other, Seneca.I feel this turned out better than I had expected. There are some things I may go back and tweak, but we'll see how much they bother me.
Her challenge for this piece was to draw her characters together with nothing else to go off of but listening to a sweet song.

My goodness! All those little strands of hay and grass and fur! You must have worked an eternity on it. o.o

That's always the worst, when you work so hard on a picture but get no feedback on it. :/ It's like a little stab in the soul.

This turned out beautiful, I'm glad things worked out despite procraster giving you trouble.
The lighting in this one is soft and gorgeous, not to mention very well done. I love how it shows in the clouds and the field as well as the characters themselves. It's always great watching you work and then seeing the finished product.
