Here's the second of two full illustrations for the lovely Simpl1 on FA, of his lovely gal Mocha! I was super excited to pick her for an illustration given her array of colors and, of course, wings.I was very happy with the background gradient and how it turned out, done entirely with marker.
Copic and prismacolor markers with polychromos colored pencils (and a dollop of white gel pen).
Kudos to the bird nerds who recognize the birds.
